Landlord/Landlady : It is our aim to give the site enough publicity so that you can get your vacant room occupied, for the length of time of your choice, bearing in mind that our target is simply tourist who are usually going to be staying in the country for typically short periods at a time. You agree that we will charge you a yearly administration fee of £70 for uploading your contact details on our website.

You also agree that negotiations about length of stay and weekly rent shall be finalised by yourself, and that the estimated weekly rent in the form you submitted is simply a guide for the tourist and that you reserve the sole right of further negotiations. You agree that we will remove your contact details from our database/website if you fail to remit our administration fee of £70, one day after we may have uploaded your details on our site. There is no limit to the number of times you can take down and upload your listing when occupied or vacant, as your initial payment of £70 covers you for the whole year.

You also agree that the £70 administration fee is only for the vacancy of one or more rooms, in one property, and that subsequent room vacancy in another property or location shall attract a separate administration fee.

You hereby agree to release, and forever discharge Rooming-for Tourist or its Parent Company, its affiliates, partners, service providers, vendors, and contractors and each of their respective agents, directors, employees, and all other related persons or entities from any and all manner of rights, claims, complaints, demands, causes of action, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, legal fees, costs, and disbursements of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, which now or hereafter arise from, relate to, or are connected with your use of the service.

We cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part and the advertiser indemnifies Rooming-for-Tourist against all costs, expenses and losses arising out of a claim relating to the content of an advertisement.

We do not guarantee that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the Internet before the end of their subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds will be paid.

We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement on our web site, and will not be liable for any loss or expense in so doing.

If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into our database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, we reserve the right to remove the property from our on-line site. And no refunds will be paid.

If we receives a complaint from a person who has rented an advertiser's room which we, acting reasonably, consider is justified, or an advertiser knowingly double-books a property, or engages in any unacceptable practices or is in breach of its obligations to us, then we reserves the right to remove the vacancy from our web site without notice.

As part of safety and security measures, you agree that you shall upon receiving a tourist or guest at your premises, obtain a passport photograph and possibly a copy of traveling passport for your records and you also agree to return this back to the guest or tourist at the time of vacating your property.

Tourist : It is our aim to ensure you get a comfortable accommodation whilst you're in the UK . However, you agree that the responsibility of negotiating the type of room that suit your need is entirely yours, as our duty is typically to connect you with, choice of vacant rooms and contacts details. We confirm that we will not charge you for providing this service and that you agree to pay your rent as and when due, direct to the Landlord.

You hereby agree to release, and forever discharge Rooming-for Tourist or its Parent Company, its affiliates, partners, service providers, vendors, and contractors and each of their respective agents, directors, employees, and all other related persons or entities from any and all manner of rights, claims, complaints, demands, causes of action, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, legal fees, costs, and disbursements of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, which now or hereafter arise from, relate to, or are connected with your use of the service.

You agree to give to the landlord: a photocopy of the relevant pages of your passport and one passport size photograph upon arrival at the property as proof of identity. And the obligation is also on you to ensure you retrieve back, your passport size photograph at the time of vacating the property.
