The main purpose of our existence is to find Rooms for Tourists and Tourists for Rooms.

Research shows that a huge number of house-owners, at one point or another in the year, have vacant rooms that although, they would not consider for long term rental purpose, but would be prepared to let it out for short periods, especially to tourists who are known to be in need of such type of accommodations, whenever they are in the UK.

We allow Landlords/Landladies an absolute choice of who they let their vacant rooms to, and in the same token we also offer the Tourist the choice of room, landlord or landlady.

We ensure that Landlords on our database are aware that the potential Tourist is simply on vacation; therefore they understand and appreciate the need to keep their vacant rooms in very good condition.

We constantly update our database with contact details where there are vacant rooms, so the tourist has choices from time to time before making a decision.
